The stunning self-contained studios have floor to ceiling windows and the views over the Great Northern Amphitheatre.

We also have ‘messy hot-desks’ too for those of you that haven’t got space for your creative pastimes at your gaff in town.

The building will be developed in a few years, so while it might not be your forever home, it will be your forever tribe. You’ll join a community of like-minded grafters & crafters, all helping each other along the way.

Not only is the poshest art studio in Manchester, but it’s also the lowest cost. Studios spaces start at £150 per month and “Messy Hot Desks” with lockers start at £75 per month.
