Why do you do it?

I do it because l love it! And when l’m not doing it l wish l was ! I love the sense of peace calm and flow l find when creating and the clarity and sense of completion that l gain when a piece is done! Painting and creating allows me to express, capture and share moments and feelings visually - it’s like a mirror for my mind and spirit and a recognition of the frequencies and vibrations that power all our our individual experiences of life. There is always new techniques or processes to try and different combinations of media to explore, it’s a place to play and explore. The options are endless!

What keeps you going (what’s your GRIT)?

Life is a beautiful place, freedom is a state of mind, peace is a choice. Energy, vibration and frequency and the belief that anything is possible.
